So, considering many people in my life are freaking out that I’m raising Lucas vegan… maybe I should write about our “adventures” here? Would anyone even be interested? For the record, I am also vegan, but I have not been careful about my nutrition like I am with Lucas’… This will be a challenge for me to take care of my health better, while I feed Lucas.
